The landlord or tenant is not obliged to resign to end a temporary rent. It is polite that the landlord or tenant should make a reminder before the end of the tenancy agreement. If you want to stay in the unit after your temporary tenancy agreement expires, ask your landlord for a new lease. The lease should be valid for a fixed period of time, either 6 months or one year. Without a new agreement, you will be a periodic tenant and can be distributed much more easily. Landlords are often angry when tenants have moved without informing them. Sometimes they may even include in their tenancy agreement a clause that requires the tenant to terminate his application if he wants to leave at the end of the fixed term and provides for him the payment of a “rent instead of a termination” if they do not. The temporary rent ends without notice on the date specified in the tenancy agreement. Landlords and tenants can agree to continue after the fixed life has expired. The Housing Rent Act assumes that a tenant will move at the end of the lease. The lessor is not required to grant a written termination to the tenant.
Tenants should review their leases, as some fixed-term leases require tenants to notify if they wish to move. This period is the end of the lease. When the term is defined in the lease, it is customary to describe the agreement as “fixed term,” as will be the case for a specified period. This will usually be for six months or a year. Less common, it may be for other periods. Technically, breaking a lease is not the same as an evacuation. An evacuation is carried out when the terms of a tenancy agreement are violated and the landlord wants the tenant to move because of this offence. However, a tenancy agreement must be terminated if the tenant moves on his own before the end of the tenancy period. You don`t need a definite message (unless your lease says otherwise). A temporary rent ends on the day set in the tenancy agreement, unless both parties agree to an early termination.
For example, if the fixed term is from January 1 to December 31, the lease automatically expires on December 31. Unless the tenant and landlord make other arrangements, the tenant must move by noon on December 31. If you have decided that it is time to move on when your lease ends, you must deliver your lease in accordance with what is stipulated in your lease. If your temporary rent has a break clause, you must get all tenants to agree to the termination of the lease, unless your agreement says otherwise.
